Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 35 sections divided into eight Parts and completed by four schedules, sets the prescribed requirements for work programs and development and test plans for the greenhouse gas geological storage, also called greenhouse gas storage (GHG storage), as well as the reporting and notices requirements.
Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 9 April 2010.
