Greenhouse Gas Storage Regulation 2021.

These Regulations, consisting of 38 sections divided into ten Parts and completed by three schedules, sets the prescribed requirements for work programs and development plans (Part 2) and test plans (Part 3) for the greenhouse gas geological storage, also called greenhouse gas storage (GHG storage), as well as the reporting and notices requirements. Part 6 regulates sampling (keeping and cutting). Part 7 lays down the discipline for confidentiality periods for required information. Part 8 financial provisions.
