Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 4 Parts and two Schedules, regulates the Illegal Logging Prohibition Act 2012. This is a compilation of the Illegal Logging Prohibition Regulation 2012, prepared on 1 December 2014. The endnotes of this compilation include information about amendment history of provisions of the compiled law. The effect of uncommenced amendments is not shown in the text of the compiled law. Any uncommenced amendments affecting the law are accessible on ComLaw (www.comlaw.gov.au).
