Abstract
This Act, consisting of five Parts, establishes the illegal logging prohibition requirements in order to manage and control forestry sector. It specifies all the cases in which a person commit an offence for illegal logging timber; monitoring inspectors, investigation and enforcement of applied sanctions; investigation powers of inspectors; etc. The Act is divided as follows: Preliminary (Part 1); Importing (Part 2); Processing (Part 3); Monitoring, investigation and enforcement (Part 4); and Miscellaneous (Part 5).
