Abstract
The present Regulations provide discipline for establishment of trust under section 5(4)(a)(ii) of the Act. The Regulations also give to the trust the following functions: notice of discontinuance or reduction of supply; assessment of quantity of water supplied. Other provisions include duties of protection of channels and other works.
