Irrigation Regulations 2009.

These Regulations implement the Irrigation Act 1994 by providing specifications on procedures and requirements for the establishment of irrigation trusts; the duty to report damages to irrigation systems and meters; the assessment of quantity of water supplies; the protection and maintenance of channels and other works; and application fees.
