Abstract
These Regulations are organized in 7 Parts. Part 3 concerns operation of vessels generally, and provides discipline for reckless navigation, diving offences, anchoring and matters related to closure of Northern Territory waters, and restricted areas. Part 4 regulates safety, in particular dangerous goods handling, this include: packing, marking and carriage of dangerous goods, inspection, stowage plan for dangerous goods, etc. Part 5 concerns infringement notice offences.
