Abstract
This Regulation implements the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 by providing specifications on the use of parks (Part 2), the management of cultural heritage (sect. 15), the protection of public health in Kosciuszko National Park (Part 3), licences and certificates (Part 4), fauna protection (Part 5), exemption in favour of Aboriginal people (Part 6), the management of Aboriginal land (Part 7) and related institutions and offences and penalties provisions.
The Regulation is completed by three schedules: Caging of protected fauna; Penalty notice offences and Forms.
