Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 109 sections divided into 12 Parts and completed by four Schedules, implements the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 by providing regulation on the use of parks (Part 2), the management of cultural heritage (sect. 15), the protection of public health in Kosciuszko National Park (Part 3), Enforcement of obligations of Snowy Hydro Company (Part 4), Licences and certificates (Part 5), Fauna protection (Part 6), Exemptions in favour of Aboriginal people (Part 7), Aboriginal land (Part 8), Advisory committees (Part 9), Trustees (Part 10), Penalty notices (Part 11) and Miscellaneous (Part 12).
The Regulation is completed by three schedules: Caging of protected fauna; Penalty notice offences and Forms.
