Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 385 sections divided into nine Chapters, implements the Nature Conservation Act 1992. It applies only to wildlife that is not in a protected area and provides for the granting and restriction concerning wildlife authorities and regulates the taking, keeping, using or moving of animals and plants. It declares particular products made or derived from particular protected wildlife as processed products that are not included in the definitions under the Act of protected animal or protected plant. The Regulation further provides for no approach zones, caution zones or prescribed distances applied to marine mammals. The Regulation is completed by five Schedules dealing with Processed products.
