Abstract
This regulation implements the Nature Conservation Act 1992. It provides for the protection of wildlife and regulates the management of species that are presumed extinct (sect. 4), endangered (sect. 5), vulnerable (sect. 6), rare (sect. 7), common (sect. 8), international (sect. 9) and prohibited (sect. 10). The regulation is completed by seven schedules: presumed extinct wildlife, endangered wildlife, vulnerable wildlife, rare wildlife, common wildlife, international wildlife and prohibited wildlife.
