Last amendments up to: 2010, No. 121 of 7 June 2010 (see F2010L01498). Reprinted as at 8 June 2010.These Regulations were made under the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967. When that Act was repealed by the Offshore Petroleum (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Act 2006, these Regulations were maintained in existence by clause 4 of Schedule 6 to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006. These Regulations have been amended by Regulations made under that Act.
