Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act, 1982 related to pipelines.
The Act provides for the licensing of pipeline operators; consent to construct and operate pipelines; restrictions on the modification or decommissioning of pipelines; preparation of pipeline management plans and their contents; accidents, dangerous occurrences and reportable incidents; etc.
