Abstract
These Regulations implement Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act, 1982 by prescribing fees, rates and sums for the purposes of a provision of the Act specified in Schedule1, providing for instruments necessary for applying for the approval of dealings, and for the application of Geocentric Datum of Australia, of GDA to certain instruments and of Australian Geodetic Datum.
