Abstract
These Regulations prescribe: fees for the purposes of the Act; a form of transfer of a title; particulars for an application for approval of a dealing; requirements for data management; requirements in relation to occupational health and safety; requirements in relation to the management of safety on offshore facilities, pipelines and diving operations and the management of the environment.
Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2005.
Notes
These Regulations were impliedly revoked on 1 January 2012 because the authorizing provisions in the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982, No. 9772/1982 were repealed by section 799 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2010, No. 10/2010.
