Abstract
These Regulations require the possession and presentation of assurance certificates, plant health certificates and plant health declarations in certain circumstances. The Regulations also prescribe: the manner of attaching a warning to seized or detained packages, plants or plant products; requirements for the reconditioning of used packages; fees and charges imposed by inspectors on certain activities; and forms and penalties for infringement notices.

These Regulations enter into force on 8 June 2006.
