Abstract
The Regulation implements the Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991 and repeals the Protection of the Environment Administration (Disclosure by Board Members) Regulation 1997. It makes provisions on the operation of the Board of the Environment Protection Authority for what concerns access to information related to the Board activities and functions.
