Abstract
These Regulations are organized in 6 Parts. Part 3 provides for general matters concerning regulated activities. Part 4 disciplines mosquito control. Part 6 concerns wastewater management; system requirement, product approval for on-site wastewater management system. Division 6 applies in relation to a wastewater management system:(a) that has the capacity to recycle water; and(b) that is not an on-site wastewater management system.
