Abstract
These Regulations implement the Sewerage Act 1929 by defining design, material and work standards for sewerage treatment (Part 2); reaffirming the obligation of landowners to contribute to maintenance of pipes, fitting and other equipment (Part 3); laying out measures for the protection of the undertaking (Part 4); and by providing for related charges.
