Surveyors (Practice) Regulation 1996.

The Regulations (62 sections) are divided into 8 Parts, i.e.: Preliminary (I); General duties of surveyor (II); Measurements and calculations (III); Datum line (IV); Monuments and reference marks (V); Field notes (VI); Water as a boundary (VII); and Miscellaneous (VIII).
The Regulations contain detailed provisions and procedures on land surveying, marking, calculation methods, boundaries, etc.
