Abstract
This Act amends provisions of various Acts, as listed in the text, relating to water use, water corporations, etc. It further repeals the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works Act 1958 and the Melbourne Water Corporation Act 1992.
The Act inserts new provisions to the Water Act 1989 on the establishment, restructuring, abolition and administration of water corporations, and on districts and land management areas.
