Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Water (Irrigation Farm Dams) Act 2002 to change the dates of operation of various provisions of that Act. Dates of entry into force and date references in section 19 (licence to take and use water for a use other than domestic and stock use), sections 32 and 42 (offences)and section 56 (transitional provisions) of the principal Act are changed.
