Abstract
These Regulations implement the Wildlife Conservation Act 1950.
Under these Regulations, the Minister declares fauna of the class “Reptilia” or “Amphibia” to be pet herpetofauna as classified and defined in the text.
The Regulations provide for: requirements and procedures for obtaining licences to keep and deal different categories of herpetofauna, and to take, farm, import or export herpetofauna; licence conditions; licence fees; etc.
