Wildlife (Exhibited Animals) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations implement the Nature Conservation Act 2002 by establishing a licensing and permit system to provide for the conservation and preservation of wildlife kept in wildlife parks, circuses and other public exhibitions.
The Regulations further provide for powers of wildlife officers, and for infringement notice offences and penalties.
