Abstract
This Law makes minor changes in the Veterinary Act No. 922-IIQ. This Law repeals Paragraph 4 of Article 13. Furthermore, “inspectors” phrase shall be changed as “competent organs” in Paragraph 1.1 of Article 13. This Law also amends Paragraph 1 of Article 13 as, veterinary control administrations shall be the decision-making body regarding control of entrepreneurs, in accordance with relevant legislation. In Paragraph 2.1 of Article 39, “control” phrase shall be changed as “determine the quality”.
