Abstract
This Law amends the Law No. 898-IQ on grain by making minor changes in several different articles. The Law firstly amends the Article 6.4 and sets forth that the grain storage system will be established in accordance with the provisions of the civil code. It makes minor amendments by repealing the second sentence of the first Clause and by changing in some phrases of Clause 4 of the Article 8 regarding the State Grain Fund. The Law also adds a new sentence to Article 11.1 regarding the funding of the supply of grain. The Law lastly makes changes in Article 15 on the evaluation and assessment of the quality of grain products.
