Abstract
The present Law establishes legal basis of production, procurement and organization of grain market, management of grain quality and its derivates. The Law consists of 5 Secstions that contain 17 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-7) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 8-9) regards state stock of grain, its creation and use. Section 3 (arts. 10-11) regards grain market. Section 4 (arts. 12-15) regards quality management of grain products. Section 5 (arts. 16-17) establishes liability for the infringement of the legislation on grain and regards dispute settlement.
