Law No. 1220-IVQD amending the Water Code.

This Law makes changes in several articles of the Water Code. In Article 35, “as well as aquaculture” shall be added after “fishing”. In Article 36, “fish resources” shall be changed as “fish and other aquatic biological resources”, “leisure hunting of fish” shall be changed as “leisure hunting of fish and other aquatic biological resources” and “nature protection” shall be changed as “environmental protection”. In Article 66, “importance of water objects for fish breeding, fish hunting and production of fish resources” shall be changed as “hunting and catch of fish and other aquatic biological resources and fishery for aquaculture” and “water reservoirs for fisheries” shall be changed as “water bodies for fisheries”. In Article 68, “sport and leisure hunting of fish” shall be changed as “sport and leisure hunting of fish and other aquatic biological resources”. In Article 69, “valuable species of fish, aquatic animals and plants” shall be changed as “valuable species of fish and other biological resources”. In Article 75, “fish catching, fish hunting, accumulation of aquatic plants” shall be changed as “catching and hunting of fish and other biological resources”.
