Abstract
Article 1 amends the Law on land amelioration and irrigation regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the projects on the use of water resources and waterworks, as well as the assessment of transboundary effects. Article 2 amends the Law on radiation safety of the population regarding the impact assessment on disposal of radioactive and ionizing radiation wastes. Article 3 amends the Fisheries Law regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the projects and activities in the fields of fisheries and aquaculture to assess the impacts on fisheries resources. Moreover, this Law amends the Law on electric energy and the Transportation Law by adding subparagraphs on EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control on the projects and activities in the scope of these laws.
