Law No. 270-VQ on agricultural cooperation.

This Law sets forth legal and economic principles of the organization and activities of agricultural cooperatives and development of agricultural cooperation. This Law aims at creating large-scale agricultural enterprises on the basis of a combination of voluntary agricultural producers, increasing the productivity of competitive agricultural products through the effective use of production potential, supporting the development of agricultural cooperation and protecting economic, social and other interests of participants of cooperative. This Law specifies basic principles of the organization and functioning of the cooperative, types and activities of cooperatives, rights of cooperatives, state support for agricultural cooperation and agricultural products market.
