Abstract
Article 1 amends the Law on agricultural cooperatives regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the projects on cooperation, livestock and poultry production enterprises, large-scale agricultural businesses, as well as fisheries (including aquaculture) economic activities. This amendment aims at efficient use of water, land, forests, flora and fauna; conservation and improvement of soil, flora and fauna, biodiversity; as well as the protection of the status of specially protected natural areas and objects. Article 3 amends the Law on tourism regarding EIA on tourism activities and relevant construction projects.
