Abstract
This Law makes a minor amendment in Article 21.1 of the Law No 273 on the conservation and sustainable use of genetic resources of cultivated plants. The amended version of the Article 21.1 sets forth that the import, export, entrance into the country, circulation and the registry of genetically modified crops and the planting materials produced by the use of genetic engineering or biotechnology are strictly prohibited.
