Abstract
This Law amends the definition of “gas expert” in Article 1.0.6. This Law adds Paragraph 9 of Article 3 as “industrial facilities and processes, consumption facilities, energy transportation and certification shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment”.
