Abstract
This Law sets forth provisions on accreditation principles, procedures of accreditation, certificate of accreditation, activities of the accredited conformity assessment body, accreditation of foreign accreditation institutions, inspection of activities of the accredited conformity assessment body, international cooperation in the field of certification and obligations. It, among other things, states that conformity assessment bodies are testing laboratories, certification bodies for goods, certification bodies for management systems, and inspection authorities.
