Abstract
This Law makes several changes in the Law on organic agriculture in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment. In Article 1.1.4 "the requirements of the environmentally sound agriculture" shall be replaced by "the requirements set out in the relevant standard, technical regulation and other normative legal act", "certification body" shall be replaced by "conformity assessment authority", in Article 5.0.8 "accreditation documents" shall be replaced by "accreditation certificate", in Article 5.0.9 “the registration of accredited conformity assessment institutions" shall be added after “registration”, and in Article 10.5 "accredited certification body" shall be replaced by "accredited conformity assessment body". This Law amends Article 5.0.10 regarding suspension of accreditation certificate.
