Abstract
This Law amends Paragraph 1 of Article 6 as “accreditation of foodstuff shall be done by bodies responsible for evaluating the accreditation of relevant executive authorities or accredited conformity assessment bodies, in compliance with the with the requirements of the relevant standards, technical regulations and other normative legal acts”. Furthermore this Law adds Paragraph 2 to the Article 6 as “Accreditation of these conformity assessment bodies is carried out in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment”.
