Abstract
This Law makes minor changes in the Law No.208-IIQ of 2001 on viticulture and wine-making. This Law adds some sentences, regarding prohibition of using planting materials produced by genetically modified crops, or the methods of modern biotechnology and genetic engineering in wine production and disposal and prohibition of import of genetically modified viticulture products.
