Abstract
The present Law establishes legal basis of the organization of viticulture, processing and turnover of wine products and ensuring its quality. The document consists of VII Secs. that contain 29 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 6-9) regards organization of viticulture. Section III (Arts. 10-16) regards processing of wine products. Section IV (Arts. 17-19) regards economic regulation of the development of viticulture and wine-growing. Section V (Arts. 20-22) regards turnover of wine products. Section VI (Arts. 23-27) regards ensuring quality of wine-growing and wine products. Section VII (Arts. 28-29) establishes liability for the infringement of the legislation on viticulture and wine-growing and regards dispute settlement.
