Law No. 674-IG “On tourism”.

This Law establishes the principles of state policy for common tourism market and regulates relations for the realization of the rights of nationals and foreigners recreation, defining the modalities of rational use of tourist resources. Tourist activity shall include recreational, healthcare end educational tourism. Basic purposes of state regulation of tourism shall be as follows: (a) guarantee of the rights of citizens recreation and freedom of movement; (b) environmental protection; and (c) education and healthcare of tourists. Tourist activities shall be subject to compulsory licensing and certification. Tourist shall have the right of access to reliable information on the state of environment and objects of cultural heritage and shall have the duty to preserve natural environment and care for environmental protection.
