Ministerial Decree No. 112 on approval of rules regarding exploitation of amelioration and irrigation systems and maintenance of protective forest plantations.

This Decree sets forth provisions a) on the organization of water use, water supply to irrigation systems and registration, b) water abstraction facilities, c) exploitation of artesian wells, pumping stations, electrotechnical, hydromechanical and auxiliary facilities, water channels, water reservoirs, dams, drainage systems, d) control of irrigated land, e) maintenance and repair of amelioration and irrigation systems, f) ensuring safety in amelioration and irrigation systems, g) development and improvement of amelioration and irrigation systems, h) lands for the specific needs, and i) maintenance of protective forest plantations.
