Abstract
This Decree states that amelioration and irrigation systems shall be provided with registration certificate (passport). This Decree aims at a) determining economic indicators, technical conditions of each hydrotechnical facility being in the structure of amelioration and irrigation systems, b) issuing registration certificate (passport), and c) taking measures for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the facility; d) reflecting changes arising out of the facility and the system. This Decree declares that registration certificate (passport) shall be issued by the Azerbaijan Amelioration and Water Management Open Joint Stock Company.
