Ministerial Decree No. 112 on rules regarding the amount and use of payments for issuance of the special permit on emission of harmful substances in atmospheric air and harmful physical influences.

Abstract
This Decree states that the amount of payment for issuance of the special permit shall be determined according to the hazardousness category of facilities. Payments shall be transferred into the State Fund for environmental protection and used in accordance with the Charter of the Fund.
