Ministerial Decree No. 13 on approval of rules on inventory of wastes arising from production process.

This Decree sets forth procedure and principle of inventory of waste. This Decree specifies that inventory of wastes shall be in a sequence such as: definition of waste, risk assessment of waste and identification and classification of waste. This Decree states that inventory of wastes, on the basis of the Basel Convention, aims at applying a new classification system in the field of hazardous waste management in accordance with international standards and strengthening control mechanisms on monitoring the occurrence of wastes.
