Abstract
This Decree amends the Ministerial Decree No. 142. According to this Decree, “which can pose a threat to human life, health or property” phrase, which is under the rule of hygiene certificates, veterinary certificates and certificate of compliance for foodstuffs shall be replaced with “which can pose a threat or damage directly to human life, health, environment and to the state’s property interests”.
