Abstract
This decree sets forth the procedures and rules of the form and cancellation of certificate of compliance, hygiene certificate, veterinary certificate, certificate of compliance to foodstuffs, hygiene certificate to foodstuffs and veterinary certificate to foodstuffs. Certification of accredited foodstuffs in the National Certification System is mandatory for members of the National Certification System, participants, enterprises, institutions and organizations.
