Abstract
This Decree sets out the principles of responsibility for violation of environmental legislation while carrying out waste collection, waste utilization and waste disposal. The polluter should bear the expense of waste collection, waste utilization and waste disposal specified by public authorities according to volume, kind and characteristic of waste and in addition should pay for the damage done to the natural environment.
