Abstract
This Decree states that carrying out state cadastre of protected areas and objects aims at a) strengthening state control and protecting natural reserve fund, b) preparing plans for economic and social development, land management, urban planning and environmental expertise, and c) data collection and systematization, analysis of the efficiency of the current situation and provide information for national, regional and local authorities, ministries, organizations and other real and legal persons. The state cadastre of the protected areas and objects covers information about state nature reserves, national parks, nature parks, nature monuments, zoological parks, botanical gardens, dendrology parks, treatment centers and holiday villages. This Decree sets forth provisions on structure, conduct and monitoring of the state cadastre of protected areas and objects.
