Ministerial Decree No. 259 on approval of the list of branded traditional plants and their habitats.

This Decree states that Scientific and Technical Council shall be established, with the participation of National Academy of Science, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents. Furthermore, Institute of Genetic Resources shall be determined as the national coordinator. This Decree sets forth that listed cereals and leguminous plants, potatoes, vegetables and melon, ornament plants, medicinal plants, and fruit and vine crops and their habitats shall be accepted as branded traditional plants.
