Abstract
This Decree states that Scientific and Technical Council shall be established, with the participation of National Academy of Science, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents. Furthermore, Institute of Genetic Resources shall be determined as the national coordinator. This Decree sets forth provisions on the organization and functions of Scientific and Technical Council. The Council shall approve and register national collection of genetic resources of cultivated plants and shall decide regarding sampling and export of national collection of genetic resources of cultivated plants for research, training and other purposes.
