Abstract
This Decree states that Scientific and Technical Council shall be established, with the participation of National Academy of Science, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents. Furthermore, Institute of Genetic Resources shall be determined as the national coordinator. This Decree also states that, establishment of a Council of Specialized Experts aims at strengthening scientific research and scientific-organizational activities in the field of conservation and sustainable use of genetic resources of cultivated plants across the country and ensuring effective management of the collection, preservation, restoration and exchange of genetic resources of cultivated plants. This Decree sets forth provisions on the scope, structure and work description of the Expert Council.
